First day back on the ropes

Went back to Mountain Network’s Arnhem rope climbing gym today. Not much had changed. It's a little strange to see so few new routes.

We did a few 5A and 6A routes, but didn’t feel very strong. Doing a 10km trail run, a weighted hike for 5km, and a half hour core session wasn’t the best way to get ready for this.

Still, nice to see the folks working there again, and to get back on some more interesting climbs than a brick wall. It was a little concerning to hear that the 1.5m rule doesn't apply in gyms. We saw a lot of people abandoned that buffer.
